Job Description
- Should be B. COM. or Commerce Graduate
- Relevant experience in Aviation Fuel Organization
- To ensure daily accounting of Aviation Fuel - Supplier wise.
- To liaise with In-To-Plane team on daily basis, collect all Fuel Delivery Tickets and making Oil Marketing Company (OMC) wise deliveries. Answering all queries of OMCs in regard with stock and dispatches.
- Taking physical stock once in a month (or frequency decided by Location in Charge). Carry out proper stock reconciliation and stock card and share the same with OMCs.
- Submitting of throughput data on monthly basis to airport operator for timely invoicing to OMC s.
- Assisting to airport operator for timely realization of dues.
- Preparation of monthly MIS as per management requirements.
- Assisting in finalizing procurement & preparation of PR/NFA.
- Processing of invoices & maintaining imprest at the location.
- Liaising with Central teams for contract and payment management.
- Monitoring & efficient utilization of budget
