Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase our real estate projects
- Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to align event objectives with overall business goals
- Collaborate with external event agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events within specified budgets and timelines
- Develop and maintain event calendars, budgets, and post-event evaluation reports
- Ensure effective utilization of social media and digital platforms for event promotions and audience engagement
- Manage on-site event logistics, including set-up, attendee registration, and overseeing event activities
- Provide post-event analysis and feedback to management for continuous improvement
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and impact of events
