Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or related field.
- Masters degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Lead and manage real estate development projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Oversee the procurement and management of resources, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices within the organization.
