- Proven track record in procurement, contract management, vendor development, and supply chain management

- Expertise in flooring and bathroom finishing materials
- Understanding of market trends and pricing.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for flooring and bathroom finishing materials
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors and maintain a robust supplier base
- Negotiate contracts and manage the supplier relationship to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed sourcing decisions
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for flooring and bathroom finishing materials
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function
- Finalize contracts on e-platforms like reverse auction to ensure cost efficiency
