MEP Design Lead -Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry with a focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design. As an MEP Design Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of MEP systems in our real estate projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Developing and reviewing detailed MEP design drawings, calculations, and specifications for real estate projects.
• Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into overall building designs.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all MEP designs.
• Conducting feasibility studies and site surveys to assess MEP requirements and constraints.
• Overseeing the selection of MEP equipment, materials, and systems while considering energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Managing MEP project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
• Providing technical guidance and support to on-site MEP installation and commissioning teams.
• Resolving MEP design-related issues and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MEP design and implementation.

Experience:

• 15-18 years of experience in MEP design and engineering within the Real Estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of leading successful MEP design projects from concept to completion.
• Proven experience in liaising with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in MEP Engineering or related field (preferred).

Certification Required:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• LEED Accreditation (preferred).
