QA Staff Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA staff engineer with 3-6 years of experience in product/ Service based companies to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI/ML Application QA and Data & Analytics.

As a QA Staff Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-driven products and solutions, contributing to the advancement of our innovative initiatives.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Artificial Intelligence/Software Product industry

Roles and Responsibilities

As a QA staff Engineer in the field of Artificial Intelligence, your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies for applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

• Designing and executing test plans to validate AI algorithms, models, and data analytics processes.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality related issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Establishing and maintaining QA metrics to track the effectiveness of testing activities and product quality.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AI QA processes.

• Providing leadership and mentorship to QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/M.Tech) with a focus on Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Certification Required

No specific certification required, but relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, AI/ML, or Data Analytics will be advantageous.
