Job Description
Education Qualification :-
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience :-
- Minimum 8 years of experience in - electrical system operation, maintenance
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure in a mining environment.
Proven track record of ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting sustainable electrical practices
- Manage and oversee the electrical operations at the mining site, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of electrical systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance the longevity and efficiency of electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical issues, and provide technical expertise to support site operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, while promoting a culture of safety and environmental sustainability.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical technicians and professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of electrical projects, including system upgrades, expansion, and modernization initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize electrical performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to procure electrical equipment and services, while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic mining environment.
- Commitment to safety, ethical conduct, and environmental stewardship.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Experience with power distribution, control systems, and electrical maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with mining regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
