Job Description
- Full time Graduation mandatory in any specialization.
- Min 4 years of experience in Operations and Commercial Function, must have SAP MM Module working exposure.
- Liaoning with FCI (Customer) to consolidate the receipt of wheat stock.
- Liaoning with FCI and the District administration for the smooth functioning of the unit.
- To ensure zero obligations from Labor department.
- To ensure all required records must be updated and available for any time audit from Legal Authorities.
- To have good relationships with all local leaders.
- Managing Site s Budget vs actual expenses and Records.
- To manage KRONOS activities of the terminal
- All site Admin responsibilities. All required statutory registers must be maintained as per legal need.
- Vendor Management. Implementation of cost-effective methods in Commercial activities.
- To ensure defined guidelines must be followed Vendor Management and Registration.
- To manage contract labor and vendors to manage daily operations.
- To conduct regular safety and Operations meetings with the Ground team.
- Maintain effective working relationship with FCI, Railways, Local Administrators, Vendors & Contractors.
