- Lead and oversee the entire PVC production operations at the Mundra facility

- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures as needed
- Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement technological advancements to improve operational processes
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational needs
- Conduct regular audits to assess and enhance operational performance and compliance
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
