Job Description

Position Overview:

The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of the video review divisions operational activities, ensuring close alignment with the company s strategic goals and product roadmaps. This role demands a visionary leader capable of driving operational excellence, managing financial performance, and leading technological integrations, particularly in machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). The Director will be responsible for expanding the operations profile to support growth across multiple markets and segments while ensuring superior service levels, efficient processes, and continuous innovation. Additionally, the role includes providing executive-level overviews on operational performance and strategies to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Operations Management:

Develop and implement operational strategies that are closely aligned with the company s product strategic roadmaps, ensuring operational capabilities support product growth and innovation across multiple markets and segments.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with the overall business objectives.

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to diversify service offerings and enhance market presence.

2. Financial Management:

Manage the operational budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to meet financial targets and support strategic initiatives.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize profitability.

Provide executive-level overviews on operational performance, financial health, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance KPIs:

Establish, monitor, and enforce SLAs to ensure that operational performance consistently meets or exceeds customer and business expectations.

Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance SLA performance and operational excellence.

4. Innovation and Technology Integration:

Lead the integration of ML and AI technologies into operational processes, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure that operations are equipped to support new product developments and technological advancements.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, positioning the company at the forefront of operational technology.

5. Product Segment Growth and Operational Expansion:

Drive the expansion of services across new and existing product segments and markets, ensuring operations can scale effectively with product growth.

Develop and implement strategies to support the operational aspects of new product launches and market expansions.

Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align operational capabilities with market demands and customer needs.

6. Leadership and Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Ensure that team members have clear objectives, regular performance feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

Promote a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and maintains high performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education: MBA required/Any Masters

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in video analytics, data processing, or BPO services is a plus

Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills; expertise in financial management and budget control; proficiency in technology integration, particularly in ML and AI; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Competencies: Ability to operate in a high-paced, dynamic global company environment; strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive change and foster innovation.
