Review Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Thoroughly check video content with quality and accuracy.
• Ability to concentrate, review videos without distraction to resolution.
• Should have an eye for easily spotting the ambiguity on a Video.
• Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly.
• Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Conduct quality monitoring & Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns.
• Recommend generic pattern to be translated into rules.

Preferred candidate profile

1. BSc/BA/B.Com/BBA/BBM/MBA graduates only.
2. 2020-2024 passouts
3. Freshers
4. Willing to do Rotational Shifts
5. Work from Office during training period for 6 months later Hybrid
6. Flexible and Willingness to learn.
