Preparation of reports and ensure compliances as per NBC standards at all city offices

Audit the fire assets at all offices in Ahmedabad.

Marking of evacuation route in offices.

Issue of AMC of fire detection system, hydrant system and fire extinguishers in coordination with commercial department.

Respond to all emergencies.

Investigate the fire and safety incidents which help company in getting insurance of loss and damages.

Preparation of incident report and LFIs

Provide Fire training to all employees and outsource staff.

Conduct emergency evacuations mock drills at all offices.

Assist security in case of emergencies.

Assist in investigating security incidents

Liaison with fire dept. which helps in mitigating cases requiring fire assistance.

Coordinating with city fire department for NOC.

Must ensure compliances as per NBC.
