Education Qualification

- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing HR functions in a complex and dynamic business environment
- Proven experience in implementing innovative HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
Certification required
- Professional certification in HR management or related field (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI, CIPD)

- Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Oversee the administration function, including facilities management, security, and general administration
- Lead and mentor a team of HR and administrative professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of business projects
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency
