Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Mechanical
Exp. required: 15 + years
Technical Skills - Expertise in mechanical and structural design and analysis
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Thorough understanding of precast construction methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of relevant engineering principles and building codes
- Experience with implementing quality control processes and standards
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
As the Lead - Mechanical & Structural - Projects, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the mechanical and structural aspects of precast construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of mechanical and structural systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize project timelines and resource utilization
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
- Implementing best practices for quality assurance and quality control
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues proactively
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
