Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Conducting analysis of Real Estate markets including Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial office to identify trends and opportunities.
• Utilizing financial acumen to analyze data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Management reporting, Annual Business plans, MIS to senior management.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Aggregating key financial data and identifying/reporting recent market trends; active communication of identified insights
• Working with senior leaders on multiple projects/assignments.
• Developing and maintaining Business/Financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.

Continuous Support: Develop comprehensive trackers, produce organized and strongly formatted presentations, map various P&Ls from different sources,

Preferred candidate profile :

MBA Finance, CFA, MBA with experience in Real Estate Consulting
