Architect

Role & responsibilities :

Prepare and co-ordinate schedules,

specification and design reports.

• Plan and schedule architectural activities of the

project from inception to end so as to meet all

specifications of design and quality.

• Provide advice and develop Design drawings,

working drawings for the same.

• Co-ordinating with all agencies involved i.e site

engineers, contractors, RCC Consultant,MEP

Consultant, Landscape Consultant, Façade

consultant, vendors and other agencies.

• Co-ordinating with facilities management team

and PMC for snaglist during project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with experience in residential township projects.

Redevelopment Project Experience preferred.
