Senior Manager- Contract Administration

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 14 years of experience in contract administration within the mining industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex contracts and negotiations.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams to achieve strategic objectives.

• Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions for Adani.
• Oversee the review, analysis, and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
• Oversee the billing and collection for commercial coal mines
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of contract administrators to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on contract management and vendor relationships.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for contract administration and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of contract management processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract administration to drive continuous improvement.
