DGM Engg. Automation

Purpose/Objective

Incumbent would join Engineering team of Adani New Industries limited to Develop Automate Assembly and Manufacturing Processes of Stack and Balance of Plant for the Electrolyzer business across supply Chain. His prime role will be to develop flexible Automations and Improve Manpower Productivity, , Deskill Mfg. and Assembly process and built Error Proof through design of Automation. Should have sound knowledge of digital tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Applicant must have Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical Eng/Electronics/Mechatronics 2. Should have sound knowledge on designing and developing Large scale automations. 3. Should be able to design Lean and Flexible equipment, Robotic Automations ,AMR based on business needs and as per Takt time . 4. Improve Productivity and Capacity through Automation and NVA reduction. 5. Design Error Proofing Concepts to ensure Zero Occurrence and 100% detection as per principles of can’t Pass and Can’t Produce 6. Good Controls Knwdege 7. Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented. 8. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Energetic and positive attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects. 9. Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. 10. Experience in reputed Manufacturing Companies will be preferred.

Technical Competencies

Knowledge in Robotic Automations,Experience in Design Error Proofing Concepts,Experience in designing and developing Large scale automations,Knowledge of NVA reduction.
