Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant certifications in IT support or SAP applications are advantageous
- 0-2 years of experience in IT applications support
- Understanding of SAP and Non-SAP applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Experience in Service Provider Management with respect to incident management, change request management and RCA s management and reviews.
- Experience to conduct weekly review meetings of IT Applications and participate in change management board meetings.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus
- Provide application support for SAP and Non-SAP applications, ensuring their optimal performance and availability
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues related to application functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Assist in application testing, deployment, and configuration
- Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements
- Document support processes and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Knowledge of SAP and Non-SAP applications
- Understanding of IT support processes and best practices
- Familiarity with application testing and deployment
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
