Job Description
- To conduct topographical survey and preparing contour drawings construction survey, location proposed structure on site as per drawings
- Jointly taking OGL, fixing boundary with contractor s survey for handing over.
- Fixing of traverse point and layout of Grid line checking for designated buildings.
- Computing earth work in filling and cutting for billing purposes.
- Preparing as built drawings for temporary underground pipeline electric line.
- Setting out buildings, roads Compound wall etc.
- Checking building column layout at every floor of high rise structure.
- Checking co-ordinates of all infrastructure works, water lines, storm water connections electrical connections.
- OGL of finished level of all the earth work items.
- Computation of volumes of irregular surfaces
- Assist the land revenue team in various surveys
- Adherence to budget expenses and coordinate for timely payments to vendors
