Survey Programmer - Primary Research

Role & Responsibilities::

• More than 4 years of holistic experience and the advanced skills to manage end-to-end complex primary research projects across regions and industries.
• Technically proficient and Quick learner with quick adaptability to learn new tools and platform
• Having good knowledge of scripting, reporting, emailing, maintaining trackers. Should be able to implement translations of various languages used in survey.
• Expertise include End-to-End project management, Survey Programming on Forsta Plus (Confirmit), Transitioning from one software platform to another, Custom DCM, Maxdiff, Segmentation, Email campaign, Template creation, Stakeholder management etc.
• Hands-on experience with ad-hoc and monthly/yearly tracker studies.
• Responsible for client communication, understanding the project requirements, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and delivering the project well within the timeline.
• Good experience in executing B2B and B2C projects involving a range of target respondents.
• Should be able to work on multi-market trackers with extensive data records, demonstrating strong data comprehension.
• Process-oriented with the ability to optimize processes for cost and time efficiency.
• Conducted product and process analysis, offering actionable solutions such as process. Improvements, product modifications, or quality standard enhancements when necessary

Preferred candidate profile:

• At least 7 years of experience in programming on ConfirmIT (Forsta Plus) Platform.
• Qualification: BE/B-Tech or similar field with programming/scripting knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills
