Job Description
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Control within the Renewable/Power Energy industry
- Demonstrated track record of successful implementation of quality processes and systems
- Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse team
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance and support to achieve quality objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality benchmarks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans
- Oversee the development and maintenance of quality documentation and records
- Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements to ensure the adoption of best practices
- Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management and recommend solutions for optimization
- Provide training and mentorship to quality assurance and control personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all quality processes
