Hiring For Manager/Senior Manager - Electrical

Role & responsibilities

1. Applicant must have Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical engineering of 4 years or
equivalent degree.

2. Minimum of 6 to 10 years of proposals, Engineering, Renewable energy, FEED and EPC
experience in Oil and Gas industry / Hydrogen Industries .

3. Demonstrated depth & breadth of technical competency in multiple of following subjects:

a) Power supply design and integration, Rectifier design and development.

b) Knowledge & Experience in PLC, MCC, SLD, Switch gear items, MCV, MPCB, Relay, Conductor.

c) Experience in cable schedule, sizing, Electrical load calculation.

d) Knowledge in electrical instruments and I/O Module

e) Experience in electrical hardware and software E-plan and AUTO CAD and other software.

f) Experience in cable hardness design and development, Drawing creation, Electrical ladder diagram,

g) Understanding and experience in PLC Programming, PLC Ladder diagram, PLC Integration,

h) Knowledge in different types of rectifier (IGBT, Thyristor), transformer, RE Integration and simulation

i) Experience in Electrical safety and advance safety system design and implementation, Plant electrical layout design experience.

4. Knowledge in different instruments (Sensors,Valves), pressure equipment's

5. Ambitious, energetic, self-motivated, self-managed, team player, and results oriented.

6. Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Energetic and positive attitude working with multiple clients on a wide variety of projects.

7. Team building, conflict management and resolution, and negotiating skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

8. Well versed with Indian and International Standards and local statutory norms.

Understanding of the roles played by other functions on projects including basic construction practices.

10. Understanding of Engineering planning and control methods.

11. Experience in reputed Engineering, EPC Companies will be preferred.

12. Execution of Fuel cell, Hydrogen, Ammonia, Methanol projects is a plus.
