Preferably MBA (Logistics/ Material Management) or Engineering Graduate with good sound experience of Logistics as Head of Unit"
22-25 years of relevant work experience preferably in big Logistic firm/Company
1. Ensure to achieve targeted coal dispatches of entire cluster
2. To work in tandem with Mine operations, Security, Civil, Electrical, IT and accounts departments HODs to ensure seamless logistics operations
3. To ensure the operational losses within the budget
4. Representing Logistics department into the meetings.
5. To implement safety in the entire Logistics Operations for the cluster.
6. Monitoring of EDRM sanctions and timely action in its availability
7. Effective man management of the entire department.
8. To propose and implement the automation in the Logistics operations.
9. Responsible for achieving annual budgetary targets and accountable for PRs, SES, NIS etc.
10. To ensure maintaining the MIS
11. To ensure timely invoicing of the vendors.
12. To have constant interaction with TPS team to ensure quantity and quality control
