Main Purpose:
- The Head of Institutional Equity Sales will lead the strategic development and management of institutional equity sales, focusing on expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth within the institutional equity segment.
- This senior role requires a seasoned leader with deep expertise in equity markets, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a proven track record in institutional equity sales.
- The Head of Institutional Equity Sales will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with key institutional clients, including domestic and foreign institutional investors (DIIs & FIIs), asset management companies, pension funds, insurance firms, banks, and hedge funds.
- The role also entails leading a high-performing institutional equity sales team and collaborating closely with research and trading desks to provide tailored equity investment solutions for clients.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, exemplary negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and institutional investment behaviors.
