Role & responsibilities:

Client acquisition HNI/UHNI/PCG:

- Active management of clients to maintain continuous trading, keep them informed about market changes and subsequent changes to portfolio, leading to achievement of self-targets as well as continuous revenue growth

- Sales of equity and related products, cross selling of other financial products, ensuring and enhancing branch profitability

- Responsible for building MTF book from clients, ensuring book growth every month

- Responsible for activation of trading account of clients in the system to maximize volume and brokerage revenue, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market

- Customer relationship management and client servicing, regular client meetings, building strong relationships to activate dormant clients

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum experience of 5+ years in dealing of any Stock broking company.

- NCFM Certification is mandatory.

Role Designation: Group Leader:

- Ensure the maintenance of the P&L of the team/branch monthly

- Ensure the timely delivery of customized equity advise to assigned PCG customers (trading and investment ideas) as per defined timelines

- Pass on ground customer feedback to the Senior PCG advisor as and when reported

- To ensure and to keep check on the Advisory certification program for the advisors as per defined timelines

- Compliance and surveillance to be checked on regular time intervals frequently

Preferred candidate profile:

- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline, MBA Finance/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA / NCFM/AMFI

- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of capital markets including Derivatives, Currency and Commodities
