Role Overview:

The Regional Head will have the opportunity to choose between two distinct leadership approaches:

Playing Captain: A hands-on leader with individual targets and responsibilities while managing a team. This role operates on an Incentive Module.

Non-Playing Captain: A strategic leader focused solely on ensuring team performance. This role follows a Bonus Module.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and strengthen relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, and corporates to offer a diverse range of investment products, including Mutual Funds (MF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).

- Deliver an exceptional client experience by proactively sharing insights on market updates, trends, and opportunities.

- Drive business growth by increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), net sales, and overall market share.
