ASIC Design Verification - Sr Engineer/Lead/Manager/Director

Job Title: ASIC RTL Verification Engineers (4 to 20+ Years of Experience)
Location: Bangalore, Noida, Pune

About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced ASIC RTL Verification Engineers to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for top-tier Semiconductor clients. Designation and compensation will be based on your experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional verification of complex ASIC designs and ensure design quality.
• Develop and execute robust verification plans using advanced verification methodologies.
• Create and maintain testbenches, test cases, and simulation environments.
• Utilize SystemVerilog/UVM for building scalable and reusable verification environments.
• Debug issues in RTL and testbench to ensure design correctness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, architecture, and software teams to meet project deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements throughout the verification process.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 20+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC RTL Verification.
• Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, and functional verification techniques.
• Proficiency with simulation and debugging tools such as VCS, Questa, or similar.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Perl, or Shell for automation purposes.
• Understanding of communication protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, AMBA (AXI/AHB/APB), etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience in formal verification or low-power verification methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience working on large-scale semiconductor projects is an advantage.
