We are looking for an experienced project manager who has sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level project initiatives. Objectives aligned to this role:

Delivery management. Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

What would you do?

- Delivery Management encompassing Requirement to Go-Live.

- Develop and execute comprehensive project implementation plans in alignment with project goals and objectives.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Ensure compliance with Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project.

- Regular Cadence and Reporting with Sr. Management & project sponsors.

- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure project goals are met.

- Drive Adoption & customer Satisfaction

- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for project team members in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives.

- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.

- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.

Whom we are looking for?

- Four or more years of project management experience

- Proficiency in project management, encompassing planning, organization, risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring delivery quality, and adhering to timelines.

- Possess business analysis skills, and critical thinking abilities, adept at conflict resolution, and proficient in problem-solving.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for influencing and leading customer-facing interactions.

- Strong acumen in people management and effective team leadership.

- Demonstrated technical expertise.

- Experience within the BFSI domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
