Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic partners, including SaaS providers, HR tech platforms providers.
  • Align partnerships with ACHNETs long-term goals to enhance our product ecosystem and market reach.

Alliance Strategy

  • Define and execute a comprehensive alliance strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance ACHNET s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to integrate partnerships seamlessly into our platform.

Market Expansion

  • Lead geographic expansion efforts by securing partnerships in key global regions (GCC, US, Europe, APAC).
  • Explore and build market-specific alliances to support ACHNET s international growth objectives.
  • Identify companies providing ATS, HRMS and VMS systems to partner with.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue generation through strategic alliances by creating new business models, expanding product offerings, and tapping into untapped markets.
  • Actively negotiate agreements to ensure mutual value and alignment with ACHNETs business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the leadership team to align partnership initiatives with business priorities.
  • Develop business cases and proposals to secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

Technology Integration

  • Oversee integration of partner products into ACHNET s platform to ensure a seamless and value-driven user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to leverage APIs and other technologies to enhance platform capabilities.

Relationship Management

  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring consistent engagement and mutual benefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using key metrics and analytics.

Industry Representation

  • Represent ACHNET at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance visibility and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Act as a thought leader to promote ACHNET s brand and vision.
Experience:
  • 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partnership roles in SaaS HR products such as ATS, HRMS, Vendor Management System (VMS) etc
  • Proven success in forming and managing revenue-generating partnerships with global tech companies, startups, and enterprise clients.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute long-term partnership strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in structuring and closing complex partnership deals that align with organizational goals.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, SaaS models, and the career development landscape.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with APIs, technology integrations, and SaaS environments. Experience in HR tech or EdTech markets is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage teams or external vendors to deliver results within deadlines.
Education:
  • bachelors degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution is highly desirable.
