Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head E-commerce for International Business(GCC Europe). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a regional e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's global vision

- Lead and manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities

- Drive business growth through online channels, achieving sales targets and expanding market share

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform e-commerce strategies

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure e-commerce success

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success in leading e-commerce teams and driving business growth

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
