Key Accounts Manager - Construction Chemical Manufacturer (4-6 yrs)

We are hiring for Key Accounts Manager - Project Sales for a leading Construction Chemical Manufacturer in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for assigned key accounts.

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and proactively address their concerns.

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

- Key Account Management: Proven track record in managing key accounts and building long-term relationships.
