Responsibilities :

• The Associate is responsible for understanding the clients requirements for each order and processing them accordingly. Strong written communication skills are essential, as the Associate will need to contact applicants to gather any missing information required for background checks.
• The Associate should have proficiency in conducting Google research to identify accurate contact details of companies or institutions based on their name and address. They should also possess strong logical reasoning skills to detect and resolve duplicates in search results, ensuring that the correct contact details are selected.
• The role requires the ability to efficiently multitask, managing 2-3 applications simultaneously while processing orders. The ideal candidate will be highly focused, driven, and self-motivated to meet objectives and maintain productivity.
