Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
• Optimize Service Cloud for team, including Omni-Channel and future chatbot and ABX integrations.
• Reduce technical debt by maintaining a clean, efficient codebase and system.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern JavaScript to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, Apex code, and integrations.
• Partner with revenue and client services teams to evaluate and implement system enhancements that contribute to business objectives.
• Share expertise and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in technical roles, including 2+ years in Salesforce development.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Able to align technical solutions with broader business goals and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred.
• Scalable Salesforce solutions that are aligned with and support business growth.
• Reduced technical debt and a well-maintained Salesforce environment.
• Successful partnerships with key teams to drive integrations that enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives.
