Product Analyst (Background Screening)

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze product trends and customer feedback to provide recommendations that enhance our products and services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define and translate business requirements into clear technical user stories to ensure seamless data flow and functionality of our products and systems.
• Apply agile methodologies to deliver continuous value to customers that aligns to our product strategy and goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and make effective trade-offs to ensure your projects are delivered on time.
• Create technical documentation and offer support to internal teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Partner with the Compliance Product Manager to establish KPIs and success metrics for your products, monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions as needed.
• Provide internal teams with consistent project updates and assist with go-to-market launch activities, including demos, training, and creating release notes to ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications :

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst, product management, or similar role.
• Educational Qualifications:- Graduate/post Graduate .
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and basic software development processes.
• Strong technical skills with experience in SQL, Java, Figma, and Jira.
• Passion for solving customer problems and delivering superior user experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who works well with cross-functional teams and is eager to continuously learn and grow.
