Job Description:

We're seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. US Accountant: 3+ years of experience.
2. US Accountant (Yardi Voyager): 3+ years of experience.
3. US Accountant (Sage Intacct + Dashboard creation): 4+ years of experience.
4. FP&A Analyst (Blackline): 3-6 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, finance, management, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge about accounting, accounts payable and receivable process, property management/ lease accounting, accounts receivable, payable process, bank & credit card reconciliation and month end closure activities.
• Experience in preparing invoices based on rent agreement.
• Experience in QuickBooks/ Sage Intacct / Bill.com / Blackline/ Yardi (Voyager, Breeze, and Elevate) & AppFolio Property Management software, .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially in Microsoft excel.
• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
