Accounting Associate

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Generate reports for clients, summarizing financial data and providing insightful analysis.
• Client Communication:
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clients' needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of efficient workflows.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant changes into daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in commerce or accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience:

• Previous experience in USA accounting role
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.
