Accordions Data Analytics (DA) team delivers cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele, leveraging a blend of domain knowledge, sophisticated technology tools, and deep analytics capabilities to tackle complex business challenges.
We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.
DA team delivers data and analytical solutions designed to streamline reporting capabilities and enhance business insights across vast and complex data sets ranging from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Strategies, and more.
Role Overview: The Director of Client Partnerships will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and driving the client partnerships strategy within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional who can cultivate and manage high-level client relationships, oversee the Business Development pipeline, and guide the Client Partnerships team to achieve strategic objectives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership team, the Director will ensure alignment between client needs and business goals while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive client partnerships strategy that aligns with the organization s goals, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Partnerships team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration across all levels.
Oversee the Business Development pipeline, guiding the team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while developing innovative pitch documents and proposals.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Ensure the effective use of the CRM system (DealCloud) for tracking client interactions, sales activities, and lead management, promoting best practices among the team.
Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, lead generation, and strategic initiatives to the Senior Leadership team, using data to drive decision-making.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership and Executive teams, to align efforts and support integrated business development solutions.
Champion a culture of innovation and improvement within the Client Partnerships function, leveraging feedback and performance metrics to enhance processes and client experiences.
Ideally, You Have:
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in client partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a track record of success in mid-size or multinational companies, preferably in a Professional Services firm.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
Proficient in using CRM tools, particularly DealCloud is a plus, and advanced Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience working with clients on a global scale, with an understanding of diverse markets and cultural nuances.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
