Data Analytics
Accordions Data Analytics (DA) team delivers cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele, leveraging a blend of domain knowledge, sophisticated technology tools, and deep analytics capabilities to tackle complex business challenges.
We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics.
DA team delivers data and analytical solutions designed to streamline reporting capabilities and enhance business insights across vast and complex data sets ranging from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Strategies, and more.
What You will do:
  • Identifying training needs: You will be responsible for identifying the training needs of employees in the organization by analyzing performance data, conducting surveys, and consulting with department heads and managers to determine areas where employees require additional training and development.
  • Managing training logistics: You will be responsible for managing the logistics of training programs, such as scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and coordinating with external as well as internal trainers and participants.
  • Measuring training effectiveness: You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements. This may involve analyzing feedback from participants, monitoring performance metrics, and conducting evaluations.
  • Supporting the learning and development team: You will be expected to provide support to the learning and development team by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory company requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends: You will be expected to be up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and make recommendations to improve the organizations training and development initiatives.
  • Managing learning and development technology: You will be responsible for managing learning and development technology, such as learning management systems, online training platforms, and e-learning tools.
  • Performance Management: Own the performance management cycle end-to-end to ensure timely and high-quality completion of the performance management process in the company
  • Partner with Leadership: Partner with the global business leaders and US HR leadership to continue to push the envelope for strategic LD initiatives in the company.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, have strong project management skills, and be able to think creatively to develop effective training programs.
Ideally, you have :
  • Graduate: Post Graduate degree in Business or Human Resources is an added advantage
  • 7+ years of experience in a LD Operations position is a MUST.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, various Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Past Leadership experience managing the LD team or certain initiatives within the LD team.
