Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance
No. of years of Experience required: 5 10 yrs.
Major Job Responsibilities:
• Collecting information, preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement and other reports - Individual, Firm & Company
• Handling Banking & Treasury for LC (Import & Local), BG. Other compliance and documents submission.
• Submission of LC application and / or Amendment to LC and Buyers Credits.
• Rigorous Follow-up of LC Draft and Issuance of LC and / or Amendment to LC and Buyers Credit.
• Supervising towards submission of Documents for LC and / or LC amendment, Bill Payment, release of Original Documents from Bank
• Submission of Documents / DATA for Compliances / renewal / addendum to sanction Limit.
• Submission of Monthly Stock Statement on or before 10th of subsequent month.
• Preparation of DATA for Stock Audit by Bank Appointed CA.
• Opening of Insurance Policy.
• Share Market Knowledge Put, Call Option, Regular MCX, Dollar Aging, Etc.
• Expense Booking – Terminal, Survey, Additional Storage
• Fund Planning.
• GST - AUDIT Annual & Monthly Return - 9 & 9C, 3B, 1
• ROC Documents working
• 26AS - TDS Checking - Quarterly
• Timely payment of Statutory Dues.
• Preparing of Payment Cheques & also courier the same.
• Knowledge of advance MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications Required: MBA Finance or other relevant qualification
ONLY WESTERN LINE CANDIDATES WILL BE PREFERRED.
