Job Description: Senior Finance Executive

Position Overview: The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations, banking relationships, and compliance requirements of the company. This role requires expertise in foreign transactions, working capital loans, fund raising, loan repayments, and trade finance. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring seamless transaction processing and maintaining strong relationships with banks. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the companys financial risk profile.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Foreign Transactions & Fund Management:
   
• Oversee foreign transactions, working capital loans, and fund raising activities.
• Ensure timely repayment of loans as per the agreed schedules.
• Handle PCFC/EPC and PSC financing effectively.
• Efficiently manage the fund flow requirements of the company, ensuring financial stability.
2. Banking Operations & Compliance:
   
• Ensure smooth and compliant banking operations, meeting all requirements set by the bank.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bank’s domestic and international compliance policies and trade finance regulations.
• Record, monitor, and report compliance-related issues.
• Coordinate with banks for various documents such as e-FIRC, e-BRC, NOC, Bank Guarantees, etc.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s KYC, AML, OFAC/UN Sanctions policies.
3. Relationship Management:
   
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with banks' operational teams and relationship managers.
• Act as a liaison between the company and the bank, ensuring smooth communication and transaction processing.
4. Transaction Processing & Documentation:
   
• Oversee the seamless processing of import remittance, export realization, bank guarantees, LC & collection payments, and closure of outstanding bills in the banking system.
• Effectively handle inward and outward remittances.
• Ensure timely issuance and amendments of Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Ensure the proper checking and handling of export and import documents.
5. Financial Compliance & Insurance:
   
• Ensure proper insurance coverage for company assets mortgaged or hypothecated with banks.
• Monitor and analyze various banking transactional costs to optimize financial resources.
• Provide data and necessary documentation for yearly credit facility renewals and maintain the company's creditworthiness.
6. Risk & Compliance Monitoring:
   
• Monitor and manage the company’s compliance with relevant regulations, including KYC/AML, and sanction checks.
• Ensure adherence to local and international regulations governing trade finance business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or similar qualification preferred).
• Proven experience in banking operations, trade finance, and compliance (5-7 years).
• Deep knowledge of banking systems, financial regulations, and compliance policies.
• Strong relationship management skills with banks and financial institutions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with insurance policies related to company assets.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
