Executive - Finance -Treasury & Fund Management

Role & responsibilities

Treasury Operations:

• Manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational requirements.
• Oversee treasury-related activities, including cash forecasting, fund transfers, and investment of surplus funds in alignment with company policies.

Bank Guarantee & Letter of Credit

• Process and monitor bank guarantees and letters of credit for transactions, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
• Coordinate with banks to establish, negotiate, and maintain these instruments effectively.

Forex Operations & Foreign Remittance

• Execute foreign exchange transactions for hedging and funding purposes, adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Manage foreign remittance transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion for cross-border payments.

Term Loan & Fund Management

• Manage term loans, including loan disbursements, repayments, and interest schedules.
• Optimize funding strategies for capital and working capital requirements, balancing cost-effectiveness with risk mitigation.

Cash Flow Management

• Monitor and forecast cash flow to manage inflows and outflows accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports to provide visibility to management on the companys liquidity position.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring that financial documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.com/M.com/MBA in Finance, Inter CA would be added advantage.
• Candidate should have at least 4 to 10 years relevant experience.
