About The Role :

Key Responsibilities:

 System Maintenance :Maintain and monitor hardware, software, and networks to ensure optimal performance.

 Technical Support :Provide assistance to staff with IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware/software problems.

 Network Administration :Oversee network security, upgrades, and backups to protect organizational data.

 Vendor Management :Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for procurement and maintenance.

 Project Management :Implement and support IT projects aligned with business goals.

 Documentation :Maintain detailed records of system configurations, licenses, and user manuals.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of IT systems (hardware, software, networks).

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.

Communication and teamwork abilities.

Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL) preferred.

Proven experience in IT coordination or related roles.
