Job Description

Skill required: Finance & Accounting - Master Data Management (MDM)

Designation: Measurement and Reporting Associate

Qualifications:BCom/BCA/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance

Years of Experience:4 to 6 years

What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Financial Systems Analyst(s) with 4-6 years of prior experience

General Accounting practices

Good Accounting Understanding

SAP Background is a must with 2-3 years of working knowledge and basic SAP concepts.

Proven ability to handle chocked-up situation along with great level of logical and analytical capabilities

Excellent understanding around MS Office Suite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Complex multi-systems technical reconciliation.

Working understanding of SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance

Attention to detail along with key focus on area on improvements and developing plans to execute the same.

Ability to elicit cooperation from wide variety of sources including middle management, global stakeholders, internal and external business partner operating from various geographical locations.

Prior experience in handling insurance In Customer Master Data Management, you will be responsible for processes, governance, policies, standards and tools that consistently define and manage the critical data of an organization to provide a single point of reference.

Not Necessary but Great to have someone with an understanding around SAP configuration concepts, backend tables, interface management and integration points would be a plus

Prior experience in supporting SAP roll on Projects would be a plus

This is not an SAP support/configuration/roll out role but for complex business and operational support along with simultaneous project support, if required which requires one to have greater understanding and working concept clarity around SAP functional side with fair amount of accounting understanding and proven analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

The decisions that you make would impact your own work

You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work

Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
