Skill required: Finance & Accounting - Master Data Management (MDM)



Designation: Business Advisory Associate



Qualifications:MCA/BCom



Years of Experience:4 to 6 years



What would you do?
 You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in Financial Systems Analysis, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
  • Good Accounting Understanding
  • SAP Background is a must with 2-3 years of working knowledge and basic SAP concepts.
  • Proven ability to handle chocked-up situation along with great level of logical and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent understanding around MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Complex multi-systems technical reconciliation.
  • Working understanding of SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance
  • Attention to detail along with key focus on area on improvements and developing plans to execute the same.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from wide variety of sources including middle management, global stakeholders, internal and external business partner operating from various geographical locations.
  • Prior experience in handling insurance business (Life or General) would be a plus

  • Not Necessary but Great to have someone with an understanding around SAP configuration concepts, backend tables, interface management and integration points would be a plusNOTE:This is not an SAP support/configuration/roll out role but for complex business and operational support along with simultaneous project support, if required which requires one to have greater understanding and working concept clarity around SAP functional side with fair amount of accounting understanding and proven analytical skills


    Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • The decisions that you make would impact your own work
  • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
