Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring their functionality and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development process.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines and budget.

Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing application development projects.

In-depth knowledge of application architecture and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java or C#.

Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
