Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and addressing any issues that arise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code to ensure its functionality and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.2. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.3. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.4. Collaborate with the team to understand application requirements.5. Design and develop applications based on business process requirements.6. Test and debug code to ensure functionality and performance.7. Address any issues or bugs that arise in the applications.8. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.9 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.10. Assist in the documentation of application design and functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:1. Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.2. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.3. Experience in designing and building applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.4. Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and functionalities.5. Experience with data integration and migration in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.6. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.7.Familiarity with Oracle Database and SQL.8. Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
