Project Role : Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Good to have skills : Project Management Office (PMO) Mobilization & Run
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 16 years full time education

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to RAN PMO for TRANSPORT part including design validations, creations, attending technical meetings with vendors, capacity, transport fiber rollout, technical acceptance review, support with SLAs review, defining acceptance KPIs, vendors solution review, parameter and features review.

1. Coordinating and facilitating different projects within IP and Transport scope.
2. Track and manage Project Milestones
3. Gathering data about project progress and producing different Operational reports.
4. Driving the entire team for successful Transitioning from Vendor to RAN Ops
5. Performing process audits, Gap Mitigation and Resolution
6. Creating procedures and best practices that will help operations
9. Sets and maintains standards for Overall Managed Services Process
10. Involve L3 operations depending on criticality of service impact
11. Defining health check strategy for network (Analyse Fault Trend & RCA)
12. Define pro-active steps to avoid service impact
13. Attending technical meetings with vendors, capacity, transport fiber rollout,
14. Technical acceptance review and defining acceptance KPIs.

Technical Skills
1. Knowledge of 5G Networks
2 Experience in hands-on Telecom Integration, Deployment, Technical support
3 Knowledge of networking topology, architecture, integration needs for various services, TCP/IP/UDP protocols, network configuration and components.
4 IP Networking and Routing Protocols
