Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients or projects throughout the product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration- Strong understanding of database management and optimization- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of SAP HANA databases- Knowledge of SAP HANA security and user management- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA backup and recovery processes
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required
