Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to perform as subject matter experts, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, expanding upon the provided project role description.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and configuration of software systems.

Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Design and implement software solutions based on client requirements. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, SAP HANA DB Administration.

Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration.

Experience in managing SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues.

Familiarity with SAP system upgrades and patches.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
